Amendment 62: Raped teens must have babies

The rape victim part bothers me, but the other thing that bothers me is the part about miscarriages. That part is absolutely outrageous. Questioning a mother's legitimacy of a miscarriage when she just lost her unborn child? They're probably devastated enough as it is. That said, I'm completely pro choice to begin with.
