Most attacks appear to be capped at 100apm, but Final Attack isn't, so it would aid any Crusader or White Knight in Third Job, for whatever reason they're in such a situation.
Most 1H Swords are Fast (5). With Booster, they do 92 APM. The only high level sword that's Fast (4) is a Red Katana. They are not maxed out.
