Either orange starts at 0 or you're missing white (I'm pretty sure it's orange though), purple is at 24, and green at 55... other than that, ok.
I haven't got access to my MS screenshots for now, but I'm fairly sure my NL's pants will demonstrate the purple transition. Iirc they're 18 dex 4 luk and 3 speed 3 acc, making them 26 above average, and it was the 6th scroll that made them that way (makered 6 above average, then 6x3 from scrolling). I'll have to get ingame to confirm stats.
