MS v89 Compatibility Issue with Windows Vista Home Premium SP 2
#1
So after a 2 year break from Maple, I decided to play again just for fun on weekends. During this 2 year break, I upgraded from an old, slow desktop to a much faster desktop in July 2009.

Problem is, whenever I hit start game, Windows tells me compatibility issues exist between Vista and Maple. Going by other forum posts I've seen, I hit "Run Program" anyway, which then results in "MapleStory has stopped working; Check Online for Solutions and Close the Program OR Close the Program." This still happens even after setting MapleStory.exe to run in compatibility mode for XP Service Pack 2 and setting MS to run under administrator privileges. I've also tried adding exceptions to my antivirus and firewall (Microsoft Security Essentials), and turning it off all together with the same result.
Details of failure below:

Is there ANY other way to get Maple working? I've been confined to my netbook with XP on there and I'll be honest, playing Maple on a system with a Intel Atom N270, 2 GB DDR2 RAM, and a integrated GMA 950 IS NOT FUN Frown

I've provided specs of my computer below:

Please help?
Thanks!
