Usually eMachines use low-end stuff like Celerons, Semprons, etc. to keep the costs low as well as low-end motherbaords as well.
HP is going to be the best bet, although ASUS is good in terms of quality too, but I seriously have no idea what they're customer services and warranties are like.
The next best thing I'd say is... if you want a good PC... build you're own.

I think if I can't get a better computer suggestion, I might go with this ASUS up here. I have a HP laptop and it's okay here and there. It's just that the ASUS looks like it has more room for an upgrade.
And what the hell are a Mainboard and Data bus speed?
