Accuracy doesn't amount too much anymore unless you're under the monster's level. But then you'll get slapped with the tacked on miss rate for being a lower level anyway.
As long as you're the monster's level or above, you will hit ~100% of the time.
I might be jumping the gun a bit, but I've had absolutely no issues hitting anything 99% of the time as a Warrior leveling up unless it was above my level.
Maybe someone with more knowledge of Magic Acc can fill in.
