My guildmates INSIST I'm wrong when I say there's no enhancement limit, but they can't look into the data, so I still don't have reason to believe them. My point is that if there was/is a limit, I'm sure it wouldn't be out of the question that it can be stepped over.

The only limit is the star every item can show, its because of the window stats of each item, that can be smaller or bigger, depending of the item's type.
