Does mob PDDamage still work?

I'm not sure whether this property still works on damage calculation.
So I ask my friend to test that on KMST.

max base damage: 1601
mob PDD: 155
mob PDr: 10
normal attack: max dmg: 1427

if pdd works, his damage would be (1601 - 155*0.5) * 0.9 = 1371
if not, 1601 * 0.9 = 1440.9 , seems very fit.

If that is right, it may be helpful on figuring out new formula from videos.
And need more test to confirm.
