Dark Aura

So, most of the places I look, I see people treating Adv. Dark Aura as a 1.3x damage multiplier.
Hehe, my mistake, it's 1.2x after all

Now, I can't speak for Adv Dark Aura,but from my experience (with 1st Job Dark Aura), it seems more like a % attack buff, like Echo.

 No Aura

LUK: 30
MATK: 45 (Staff+Strawberry Ice Cream+Blessing)

(4*119 + 30) * 45/100 is about 228, and 25% of that is
57

 With Dark Aura

You can see here that Dark Aura changes the damage range to red, like attack/matk buffs, and it's maxed, so it's +10%.

INT: 119
LUK: 30
MATK: = 45 * 1.1 = 49.5

If you round matk down to 49, it gives you the damage range shown.

(4*119+30) * 49/100 is about 248, and 25% of that is about 62.

Adv. Dark Aura only increases the effect of Dark Aura, so it should function the same, right?

So basically, is Dark Aura a damage buff, or an attack buff, or are they the same thing?
