I wouldn't call it "Lag" persay, but 15-second frame freeze is where I'd put it.
@Roxas, if people with T1+ connections get lag issues on Maple, there's something definitely up with the servers.
The only time I get "Lag" is usually during long hour x2 events in which the server starts to feel the strain.
