if your talking about the "lich" type
you need about 250-300 luck
unequip coin thingy so you can run away from battles
just keep entering - leaving, re-enter, leave.etc until it pops up lol
it's weak to dark i think
location wise...it's pretty far lol
it's like, 4th last map...so...basically top right corner square
