Well the easiest to sell is glove attack 60% scrolls.
The best net profit items for your buck would be things like rat mouth, clean/well scrolled SC gloves, high attack brown wg, genesis 30 mastery book, well scrolled wagners/diamond daggers (anything top notch that is dual blade related will sell quick),
well scrolled lvl 80/90 guns without hammers used are generally good sellers, and of course high attack pink adventurer capes. If I can think of more I'll edit my post later.
