I tend to think in English 99% of the time when on the computer. IRL I tend to get confused a lot with spanish and english. It's like a constant problem. I also end up talking to my friends or parents with some english terms sometimes, specially some words that don't really have a use in other languages, but in english are so common because of the universality of the language.
Sometimes it happens when I go to another country that I switch 100% to that language. When I was in Brazil, for example, I would think and speak Portuguese fluently even if I didn't really know the language.
So, to sum up:
99% English on the internet,
90% Spanish in real life
100% when I'm in a foreign country.
