I think in both English and spanish, and that's pretty much all the time.
Even when I'm at school, doing spanish things I think in english a lot...
Whenever I'm on the computer my mind is 90% english 10% spanish, because most things are in english.
Sometimes I forget words in spanish and can only think about the words in english... (of course temporal, not forgetting the language I speak everyday)
... It's really weird 'cause I started learning english when I was 5 or 6 till 8, then stopped for 3 years (stopped the intensive english) and went back to it when I was 10-11, and I've had intensive english at school since then...
