MoN vs Chaos HT Pendant?

Enhancement scrolls cannot add % stats. Potential scrolls allow you to use Magnifying glasses to reveal stats on equips which may include % stats, + stats, skills, etc. Nothing we know so far can manipulate these stats. Enhancement scrolls are more like Chaos, without the negative stats. What you get with enhancement is random, but the more you use, the better the bonuses. You can get more than 8 to pass, but it's pretty improbable. The rate of success stops decreasing at 10%.

So enhancement scrolls cannot (even though they work like chaos, which I am fully aware of) change +% stats? That is what my whole argument was based on, but if that is the case then I apologize and admit my mistake. I suppose I should follow these changes in more detail...
