I think he took Ray's comment as "Take your life problems elsewhere" and directed at him. Regardless, we're WAY off topic.

Gonna leave this here since it's still relevant and might shift the thread back on topic before it gets locked.

Mm I see. Sorry to Ray then. I'll try that and try to figure something else on my own, I realize now that this was probably a touchy subject to be posting, and that an angry reply probably wasn't best. If possible I'll just do some research on my own or wait out the block. Thanks for explaining my error and the tip on safe mode.

Edit: Oh, its not an installed program, I'm pretty sure he just blocked certain websites with our router's features, and I have no way of accessing the router settings, he changed the factory settings and I guess the only way for me to access it would be to brute force it.
