As long as they get the quest to work.. since my Spearman did the lvl 10, 20, 30, and 40 quests (pre-ring).

Yeah, that seems to be what would happen. As long as you didn't go past the level where you can't get the next quest you should be fine.

Too bad for me I started my final ring mule on Sunday so it got roll back'd into nonexistance :o( And the lack of cassandra's weapon rental will put a little dent in my training as well.
