The regular pendant part was proven by that HTP + Vicious Hammer exploit last Summer, where people could hammer already scrolled HTPs to push the remaining slots left back up to 3 or 4, and thus people had +3 HTPs for a while.
The chaos Horntail Pendant has Hammer slots.
+70 stat pendants ftw?
Then chaos the last 2 slots for a weapon attack/magic attack boost.
