If Nexon were to add skills to Cash Shop, I'm sure it would be optional. Such as, paying NX for a skill and upgrading it by 10 levels would add a Skill Point (much like Evan).
Other than that, I'm pretty sure they won't force the players to use NX to get their skills. (Except for Evan and Dual Blade. :f6
