I'd say Sairs are balanced. No bias here whatsoever.

Evan skill tables aren't updated though. Their main attacks are Illusion and Blaze:
Blaze: 780% (Gets 1.25x EWand Bonus)
Illusion 370% x 4
They have 1.10x and 1.5x multipliers from Dragon Fury and Magic Amplification, 70% mastery, and 35% critical (5% + 30%). They also have a passive +46 Matk (from Mastery, Advanced Mastery, and Dragon Soul). They also have -3 Booster incomparison to Arch Mages' -2.
