What programs would you install on a brand new PC?

Immediately upon getting new computer- or more commonly reformatting:
FF
Windows Security Essentials
iTunes
uTorrent
CCleaner
VLC
Skype
Office
Necessary plugins like Java, Flash, etc

Everything else I kinda grab as the need for it pops up.
Steam
Paint.NET
Revo Uninstaller
Some sort of compressed file extractor. I think I randomly swap between 3 or 4. There's usually a different one on my computer every time I reformat. Hell if I know why I do that.
Daemon
SumatraPDF
Emulators
