Maybe I should have reworded myself-
Pot is one of those things that you get nothing out of from doing, absolutely nothing, you've learned nothing and gained nothing from using it. This unlike most forms of entertainment, you may gone nothing productive from it, but, you may gain something. What I mean is (since I doubt I'm making sense) that, say, you watch Toy Story 3, and you enjoyed it. You now have knowledge about the movie and can tell people you've watched. What about pot? You're not gaining much more than telling people about what happened during your last high, which, I'm sure everyone is interested in hearing.
There's just so many other things you could be doing than doing any drug, whether or not its productive.
