1. Except for the 5 STR it's perfect. Unless you want to become a STR bandit later on...

2. Skills are fine, just keep maxing SB and Mastery, and then start working on haste and booster Wink

3. You're current equips are pretty sucky and I think you realise that Tongue At level 40 you don't need good equips though, especially if this is your first character.

4. HP/MP is fine.
