Because Nexon doesn't listen, or react in a timely manner at the very least. regardless of which branch you deal with, what language you send it in or how many times you bring something up.
Believe it or not you're not the first person to have that idea. You might be the last remaining person who isn't aware of the futility of it though.

For those of us who've quit, Nexon keeps trying to "woo us back" except they're not actually doing anything that would motivate most us who're gone to come back because they don't listen to us on why we're gone.
If you're happy with the game, go enjoy it. Stop worrying about the people who have issues with it, because if they're not your issues you don't need to concern yourself with it.

People are allowed to express their opinions regarding updates, both positive and negative. Your opinions about other peoples' opinions aren't particularly on topic.
