This "MS 2.0" is nothing really...

Every game has people who don't want to explore, and people who expect the rest of the players to play the game for them. That's not an excuse for the game to not continue expanding.

Then what about the new unreleased town with those new monsters? And those blue ribboned pigs in Nautilus? And the resistance jobs? And future high level monsters on par with the time temple ones?

To be humble, I think you are thinking narrowly this time. Stuff doesn't create itself in a split second. Give them time, as they are already fixing practically EVERYTHING people have been bitching of.
