I don't get it....

If a senator proposes a law to kill all new born males, and Congress blindly accepts it, and it goes to the prez for signing and he stops the buck there...it's Obama's fault for it getting there???

Its how everyone has remembered bills that became law that should never have. They never remember the congress at the time (especially the majority party at the time), it is always the president who was in when they signed the bill.
