Well, I suppose that "duty" to take after getting to lvl 200 will be that of taking down the Black Mage. Leveiling to 200 would have more purposes if Maple had PvP or some sort of town-conquering system, which was helped by your level, but everybody things those would be awful in MS 
You missed my point though. Sure many of those that get to 200 think of it as a duty, but there are still a big chunk that somehow finds it fun for whatever reason they have. Otherwise, there wouldn't be so many lvl 200 in all versions of MS.
