There should be some encouragement and reasons. If there is no reason to level, why even play the game? People like to case after a reason to do certain things to achieve another. Leveling for no reason rather then to just level a skill just to sit there is... not saying much of that.
And currently, they can be mules regardless of this pomegranate. Read a lil harder. Pink Bean is still horribly designed, and there is only one reason why it's that way. Therefor you can leave Pink Bean out of this til they even try to remove that reason... no one can down that without malicious means.
