Torp got a nerf, BF got a nerf, RF got a nerf. Only thing that was SEMI boosted is air strike, and even then in MAX level. (and no, i'm not looking at summons. they're not practical for training after 13x or before 85+)
The critical formula needs to be EPIC to make up for this crap.
