Bomb shot is your main skill during your 2nd job.
I'm not sure which skill you're talking about when you say Spring Shot, but it's usually Roar 2 to 3 times to make a mob -> Bomb shot.
Level 20 Bomb shot is 150%, and Level 20 Roar is 120%. Bomb shot is way faster as well. Roar is used for a rushing skill rather than an attacking skill.
Also, the really dumb thing about Mine is that it just appears behind you. It's damage is horrible, and it pops before any mob even respawns. I guess it's better than Soul arrow by looking at your comments.
I didn't know how useless Soul arrow would be since I never tried an archer. I'll fix that up.
