I train at Oblivion 5 and it's quite useful when you're dealing with Lyka. It can save you from sudden death as well as help you down Lyka faster. It also saved me in Dragon Rider PQ a few times and HT once. So if you're doing either of those things I suggest you put 1 point in Hero's Will. 1 point should be enough for pretty much everything.
And yea you're right, 1 point in Hypno is all you'll ever need. Mines is still lvl0 and I'm lv195 lol.
