Corsair's Elemental Boost?

Actually, Elemental Boost is great with Torpedo. It usually results in needing 1 Torpedo less to do the job.
The example you gave there looks like fun, but why would you train like that in the 1st place? It doesn't really seem viable to me unless you 1hit the skeles with AS. But lLast time I checked skeles was: mage = top 3 plats, atker = bottom plat. In that case Air Strike is pretty useless compared to Ele Boost.
I would say definitely say Ele Boost helps more during training than Air Strike.

In the video, I was 2-hitting the skeles and I was training just fine. I don't know why people think mages have to be at the top -- they're really good at the bottom too. And if your mage is actually taking 3 platforms while you're only taking one, it doesn't really matter much what you use because it'll be easy and fast anyway. If you're taking the bottom two, then you can pretty much do the same thing I did except on the bottom instead of the top.

And Ele Boost isn't nearly as helpful to those of us who spend most of our time in Oblivion.
