Actually, Elemental Boost is great with Torpedo. It usually results in needing 1 Torpedo less to do the job.
The example you gave there looks like fun, but why would you train like that in the 1st place? It doesn't really seem viable to me unless you 1hit the skeles with AS. But lLast time I checked skeles was: mage = top 3 plats, atker = bottom plat. In that case Air Strike is pretty useless compared to Ele Boost.
I would say definitely say Ele Boost helps more during training than Air Strike.
