Regarding the new % Scrolls from KMS

Hey all I have question. First of all, these Scrolls work 90% of the time and destroy the Item when fail, right?

But i have another question. I want to know, when i scroll for example my Earrings and get for example +5% Wep Att, does it mean
that only the wep att of the Item will be affected or my "general Wep att"?

Else Im worried bout using them on my Weapons.

+5% weapon att on a weapon, would affect all of your non buffed attack. Say you had a 100 att weapon, a 10 att pac on and a 10 att WG. The boost would not be 5% of 100, it would be +5% of 120.
