I don't boss that often, so I don't really see a need to get TT to 20 asap, to be honest. I'll be at Newties more than I am at Zakum, Pap, and Pianus.. combined.
TT10 = 120% per star
TT20 = 140% per star
Difference being 60% extra damage total. 60% is a lot, but it depends on where you train. In all honestly, I find Venom13 more helpful than TT20 because:
a) I don't boss THAT much, if I do anyways, most of the top NLs in my guild (15X - 16X) already has everything covered.
b) I train more than I boss.
c) Venom > TT at Newties. TT > Venom at Himes.
