Strawberries is right, they care too much & that can't really be helped when you start spending real money on the game (for a lot of people, not all of them). It'll be those who stay out of the drama & play the game with their friends that stay to make Yellonde whatever it becomes.
Control freaks always exist, and the members of Eternity are very capable (most of them anyway) of reaching levels high enough to do such a thing.. but they'll leave eventually. When people stop letting Eternity have fun screwing with them & they get bored of no moar ppl2pass, they'll probably go their separate ways or prep for the next server or something. It'll take time, though.

& you can say Strawberries doesn't play Yellonde, but anyone who played Mardia knows them well, and anyone who played Kradia knows some of them pretty well. It's not like this is the first 'Eternity'.

Stage 1 : Start
Stage 2 : People grind & then go o__o at the first level 30 & wonder why that wasn't them; the first 30 is seen as #1 until they are passed; nabz start adding the top players because they can
Stage 3 : Guilds start popping up and people join their "sides"
Stage 4 : People get bored of grinding or pqing 24/7 & start drama
Stage 5 : Things just happen and it goes on a downward spiral including market crash bhahbbh; sometimes things're expoited or hackers pop up (i.e. kradia's guild hacker) to make things worse
Stage 6 : People fight over how to run zakum & who should be allowed to run, etc; SW subforum goes on lockdown for a while
Stage 7 : A large part of the population deems the server fail and leaves
Stage 8 : People whose friends left tend to leave
Stage 9 : Dead server is dead but slowly gets more people and advances further
Stage 10 : New server comes out, even more leave, but now world transfers can start showing up; the effects & whether it repeats itself depend on who's left in the server & their feelings on immigrants
Anywho though, there was a lot more stages, but I can't recall how I detailed it all.
