If it's the one I'm thinking of it's sort of an intelligent brush that can cut a part out of a picture and render it to how it woul look without an object in it. Say if you want to cut a few trees out, you select the area and use the intelligent brush to erase the trees and just show would should be in the background.

If its not that one then I have no clue xD
