That would be bullcrap, so either you've got no clue or you're lying to yourself.
There's nothing to do at a higher level that isn't the exact same as at lower levels.
You either kill stuff to level, kill stuff to try to get an item that will take forever, kill stuff to make money to do things you want to do that will run out much faster than you can make it or kill stuff because it's what the cool people are doing and you think it will make you cool to do it too.
It's all killing. It's all grinding.
There's no level high enough to make that go away. Even at 200 if you want something you've got to grind for it, or you've got to merchant your ass off which is just another form of grinding, and lets face it, that doesn't even require a level over 16 to do so being high level again has no value.
