I've (somewha) decided to build my own now. A friend's bf builds his own as well and I'll get his help when I'm puzzled (or just do it together). Some dude on youtube specd a pretty nice rig, with everything I need basically. It is a

and all the rest that's needed
He said he made it for 700$ total. That sounded rather low though, so here is the new question. Say I was to build my own on a 700$ budget, could I build a rig spec'd close to that?
