Every number in the 20s has the same result when you add the digits and subtract them from the original number. Every number in the 30s has a value, et cetera. They're all multiples of 9 too. So there's a 1/9 chance it guesses your number correctly, if I'm doing this right.
Refreshing and going with 10, it gets it every time. I'm calling hacks. pineappleing FBI, get outa mah house.
Edit: No, I'm just stupid. 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, and 81 all have the same symbol attached to them, at least on first load.
