So while watching Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations, on the episode about Vietnam, I found out about a creature called a Chevrotain (aka "Java Mouse-Deer"). Apparently, they are a game over there. Can't wait to eat one of these f*ckers. Looks delicious. Supposed to be the size of a rabbit at full maturity, or so.
