no. Just no. If they want to be invasive and spy on their children's PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS. they should at least have a right to know. As far as phone laws go, eavesdropping without at least 1 party knowing (or 2 in some states) is ILLEGAL and just plain wrong.

also, not only are you invading your child's privacy, BUT THE OTHER PEOPLE THEY ARE TALKING TO!

I would be PISSED if somebody was reading the conversations I have with people that are supposed to be private.
