I encourage you to do so as well. I started being very sociable last year, because I wanted to go out and do stuff more. I'd rather go out than to be at home sitting in front of my laptop all day anyways, sh`t's unhealthy. :| Glad to know you're taking an active approach.

I definitely feel happier than I used to. Although I still have some bad habits that I am trying to break, forums and anime mainly.
