2. China's censorship mostly blocks pornography, contrary to western media.
3. The minor things China blocks are things that will harm the stability of the country and they are things the Chinese doesn't want to see anyways.

"stability of the country"? What? If people don't want something, they won't look for it. Censorship rarely ends well. China is not that magic rare scenario.

On topic, Japan have one of the lowest rape rate in the world (according to google) But then, you can wait a few more year to see if there's any difference in rape rate in Japan.
