Whenever I go into Oblivion to train I have to turn my graphics down as I get lag there (even not on x2) where keeping the graphics up has left me open for death because of touch damage (being spammed, thanks to lag). I haven't even patched to .84, but I've always recognized lots of lag in Time Temple. And I don't think it's because "lots of people train there during x2".
