Depends. I ask them to change channels politely first. Then if I'm somewhere deserted, or I'm entirely outclassed, I F7 + CC. Calling for backup and stuff in the latter case just escalates the war, starts guild drama (DO NOT WANT), and makes everybody waste time, imo.
Otherwise I play a little game of keep-away training with the kser. Unless they're mages, I can ~usually pull it off successfully (except at squids, which happens to be my best training spot
). Judging from experience, it seems that most are too used to people that stubbornly try to outdamage them to do much, so they leave (my side of) the map.
Oh, and retired level 85 Sniper.
