You're not raining on anything. I've known this since I was a 2nd grader. Back then my teacher even gave us a horror story about how she once cleaned her ear right before bed and woke up the next morning with a pillow covered in blood.
New one I just noticed earlier today. I purposely ride my bike with a zipper sweatshirt when it isn't too hot just so I can leave it open and pretend I'm wearing a cape when I'm going fast.
