I actually thought not letting noobs leave certain maps was on purpose, so people cant create noobs, bring them to say newties and then vac things into people or whatnot... (then again, reading your post about people vaccing your newties...I guess it means vaccers have to put more effort in order to get a char to the area where they can vac? >_>)

While it may be on purpose these low level characters get stuck without anyway to leave in leafre. They can't buy a ticket for the boat and they can't leave leafre.
