Sorry ladies, emulating other consoles doesn't count towards that consoles library.
By wiki the psp has 708 titles on the list of PSP games. The DS has 1565 on its list.

The DSi browser works pretty well. There isn't much customization, however, and you can't load "large" webpages or tons of images. You can't download anything either, nor watch videos, so that's a big downside to it, in my opinion.
