There's no release date for it yet. Only the Korean version has had plans at all.
How is wanting to be good at Japanese before I move to Japan "weaboo?" I wouldn't think a person would want to not be good at the language of the country they're moving to. That'd be stupid. Now, if I said, 日本語をアニメをよく見えるために上手くなりたい, that would be weaboo-type of speech.
